Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal information collected through this website and related communications. It does not govern information processed under a separate client agreement where that agreement contains different privacy terms, or third-party websites and services that maintain their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
| Information you provide | Name, email address, telephone number, company or business name, website URL, industry, service interests, project details, messages, and other information you choose to submit through our contact, audit, scheduling, or inquiry forms. |
|---|---|
| Communications | Information contained in emails, calls, text messages, meeting notes, and other correspondence with us, including your communication preferences. |
| Technical and usage data | Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and similar diagnostic or security data that may be provided by our hosting and infrastructure providers. |
| Information from third parties | Information received from scheduling providers, form processors, referral partners, publicly available business sources, or service providers when permitted by law. |
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; conduct requested audits or assessments; schedule consultations; prepare proposals; provide, administer, support, and improve our services; maintain business records; protect the website and our operations; prevent fraud or misuse; analyze website performance; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may also use contact information to send newsletters, service updates, educational materials, or other marketing communications when permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe method in the message or contacting us at the address below. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications about an active inquiry, transaction, or client relationship.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, Cole Digital Group may send you messages related to your inquiry, including calls, appointments, and service information. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that support website hosting, cybersecurity, form processing, scheduling, communications, SMS delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, professional services, and other business operations. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers; to a successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages. This exclusion applies to all disclosures described in this Section, including disclosures to a successor or prospective successor.
5. Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Tracking
Our website and infrastructure providers may use cookies, local storage, logs, or similar technologies that are necessary for site functionality, security, traffic management, and remembering basic preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality.
Do Not Track: Because there is not a uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the website does not currently respond to those signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process that signal as required. Third-party services linked from the website may collect information under their own policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business and tax records, satisfy legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information, our relationship with you, and applicable requirements.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no transmission over the Internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that we have not specifically requested.
8. California Privacy Rights
California law may provide residents with rights concerning personal information, depending on the law that applies to Cole Digital Group and the circumstances of the processing. These rights may include the right to request access to or correction or deletion of personal information; receive information about categories of information collected, used, or disclosed; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights.
To submit a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization and identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
9. Your Choices
You may decline to provide optional information, adjust browser cookie controls, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and ask us to update or remove information by contacting us. If you request deletion, we may retain information that is necessary for security, legal compliance, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or other purposes permitted by law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may link to third-party sites or services, including scheduling and communication providers. We do not control their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing information to it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by another reasonable method when required by law.
